In 2006, we struggled with managing our small groups utilizing a pretty common church management system. We were small group pastors and leaders and we didn’t care much for other features like childcare check-in or registration systems….things that come with a church management system.

So we built our own system and made it extremely simple. We found the only real thing we needed was a place on our church website where seekers could find a small group in their neighborhood and connect with a leader about joining the group. Our small group pastor just needed a current list of leaders, places and times.

Now in 2013, hundreds of churches use our products like Groups Interactive with new ones coming to us every week. If you’re using F1, ACS, Shelby, Arena, CCB or another church management system to manage your groups—-you should try us.

Features

Visual Group Search

Allow visitors to your site to search for a group by zip code or group type (men’s groups, women’s groups, or whatever you define). You can even choose specific groups to feature in the system to draw more visitors to those groups.

Secure and Confidential

We understand and respect the security needs of your groups. That’s why, when a visitor uses Groups Interactive to search for one of your groups, while they can see the general location of the group, the specific address is not given to them unless they contact the group leader or the church and request it.

Easy Follow-up

Once a potential new group member finds a group they are interested in, they are directed to fill out a contact form that is emailed to the Group Leader and the individual on the church staff who is responsible for that group.

Easy to Manage

Importing your groups into Groups Interactive is a simple and quick process. It even works alongside your church management system such as ACS, FellowshipOne or Shelby, leveraging their tools for managing groups without creating a separate “silo” of data for you to manage.

MailChimp and Constant Contact Integration

Once you have collected emails of potential group members, it is easy to bring those lists directly into email marketing programs such as Constant Contact or MailChimp.
